Our 23-lot subdivision was developed with deep respect for cultural and environmental considerations. A cultural impact assessment conducted by local Iwi during the design phase helped guide the development, ensuring sensitivity to the area's heritage.

Each section boasts a generous minimum area of 8000m² (2 acres), providing ample space and privacy. The project includes the construction of a public road with advanced stormwater management to withstand significant rainfall and climate change impacts, ensuring durability and resilience.

For new homes, on-site servicing is proposed, including rainwater tanks for water supply, septic tanks for wastewater treatment, and detention/retention tanks for stormwater runoff. Homeowners are responsible for establishing these services when building their houses.

The subdivision features post and rail fencing along site frontages adjoining access ways, with post, wire, and batten fencing along all other boundaries, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
